Reader Question: Can conservatism survive in the New America or should us old folks just let go?

As Conservatives, we have become lazy and resistant to change. We are hesitant to do things differently, and are stuck in our ways, especially when it comes to the Social Media space. As I mentioned on the radio, I travel the state doing a lecture series called, “Politics 3.0,” which explains how social media has changed the political landscape. Social Media has been one of a few areas I have noticed the Republicans lagging. In this last election cycle, Republicans spent millions on social media and still missed the mark when it came time to win voters over.

I don’t think it is about old folks letting go, as much as it is being open to a younger generation come in and help keep the GOP alive. The Party needs to be saved, and this cannot happen without both generations working together.
