Rick Perry 2016? Probably not.

Rick Perry announced he will not seek a fourth term as Texas’ Governor, causing many strategists to speculate a 2016 presidential run.

The top conservative blog in Florida, “The Shark Tank,” is reporting that Perry is on the cusp of a Presidential announcement. Read Javier’s take here.

My sources say otherwise. After a failed attempt at a presidential bid in 2012, Perry is not seen as a strong front runner.
